Whew! I haven’t written in over a month now. Not for lack of trying of course. I’ve been so busy with…well…life. The impending company merger has me a little nervous about my job, my daughter is getting way too comfortable with her “I can do it myself, Mommy” independence, no matter how long I run on the treadmill I just can’t seem to drop any weight (perhaps I should avoid eating a dozen chocolate chip nibblers before I step on it, but nonetheless…), and on top of all this my boyfriend STILL has not emptied out all these damn boxes in my living room!!
I got to thinking about all of the wonderful things life has to offer. There’s so much to do in the world…so much to see and experience (feel free to join me in the Ceephus & Reecie rendition of “This Land is Your Land”). Despite all the chaos going on in my life at the moment, there’s STILL a long list of things that I want to do. So I made myself a list of 40 things that I want to do before I turn 40…which is at least 20 years from now…if it was 1998. Some of them are major, some are things I can clearly do right now. I don’t feel like it though. Anyways…in no particular order:
1. Watch the NYE ball drop in Times Square
2. Take a photography class
